Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s leading cloud platform, powering millions of customers—from fast-growing startups to global enterprises. In 2026, AWS is offering a 6-month full-time internship within the ASEAN Cloud Sales Center (CSC), the inside-sales engine that drives new customer acquisition across the region. This role gives you first-hand exposure to an innovative sales environment, Amazon’s builder culture, and how cloud technologies shape digital transformation across ASEAN.
What You’ll Do
- Engage prospective customers across the region through calls and outreach, earning trust and understanding their early-stage cloud needs.
- Identify key decision makers, profile organisations, and qualify leads using internal tools and external data sources.
- Educate customers on AWS solutions and share relevant use cases to spark interest and adoption.
- Work closely with Cloud Sales Representatives, Solution Architects, and AWS Partners to accelerate customer journeys.
- Build and manage your own pipeline in Salesforce, tracking conversations, opportunities, and next steps.
- Contribute to a sales-related project that drives value for customers or partners while deepening your understanding of AWS cloud offerings.
What You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and available full-time from Jan–Jun 2026.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity to learn about cloud technologies, and a positive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling uncertainties, and analysing data for insights.
- Willingness to learn sales tools such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Professional fluency in Vietnamese is a plus.
