Key Responsibilities
· Monitor lab consumables and reagent inventory to ensure scientists have uninterrupted supply.
· Coordinate procurement by initiating purchase requests and drafting necessary documentation when stock is low.
· Prepare essential lab materials, such as pipette tip boxes and buffers, to support daily research activities.
· Assist in monthly chemical stock-taking and manage requests for new chemicals to maintain compliance.
· Conduct regular warehouse inventory reviews to reconcile records and prevent supply shortages.
· Contribute to process improvement projects, such as developing low-stock alert systems or optimizing request workflows.
· Use data tools to track usage patterns and help create reports for operational decision-making.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
· Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools like Power BI.
· An analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proactive approach to identifying and solving operational inefficiencies.
· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
· Interest in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
