Join Shopee’s Marketplace Buyer & Marketing team, where you’ll help shape how millions of users interact with the platform every day. This internship places you at the heart of user growth, engagement, and account experience across Southeast Asia’s leading e-commerce brand. You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts to turn ideas into features that improve user satisfaction and long-term value—while learning how a high-velocity tech company builds products at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and roll out new features on Shopee’s User & Notification platforms
- Support product strategy by analysing data, identifying opportunities, and recommending solutions that enhance user experience
- Create product proposals for both internal and external users, from concept to launch
- Use data insights to assess feature performance, prioritise improvements, and estimate business impact
- Track KPIs, monitor adoption, and recommend refinements through continuous iteration
- Conduct competitor and market research to guide product direction and roadmap planning
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards for Notification-related features
- Review and refine internal workflows to boost operational efficiency
- Coordinate closely with designers and engineers to ensure timely delivery across the product development lifecycle
Requirements
- Final-year or penultimate student in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
- Strong communicator who can translate complex ideas clearly
- Analytical thinker comfortable with data-driven decision making
- Adaptable, curious, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Passionate about user experience and how product features shape business outcomes
- Full-time interns preferred; part-time (min. 3 days/week) considered
- Must already have the right to work in Singapore
