Overview
Join the Ministry of Education's (MOE) Customer Services Branch as a Service Training Innovation Trainee. In this role, you will help shape the future of how frontline service officers are trained, using data, digital tools, and innovative approaches. Key Responsibilities
· Analyze current training processes to identify opportunities for digital and automation solutions.
· Research and evaluate emerging training technologies and AI-assisted learning tools applicable to customer service.
· Support the design of AI-powered training tools or platforms by engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements.
· Assist in creating implementation roadmaps for integrating new digital tools into existing training workflows.
· Help assess training effectiveness and optimize learning content delivery through data-driven approaches.
· Document findings, proposals, and project plans to communicate innovative solutions to the team.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Management, Business Analytics, AI Applications, or a related field.
· A strong interest in customer service operations, training & development, or process improvement.
· Foundational analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or data visualization platforms.
· Excellent communication and research skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
· A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for digital transformation.
· Familiarity with Design Thinking, User Experience (UX) Design, or related methodologies is a plus.
