Overview
Join Disney’s regional marketing team and contribute to shaping how millions of viewers experience Disney+. In this internship, you’ll work closely with teams across Southeast Asia to support the development and rollout of subscriber loyalty campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing Disney+ loyalty initiatives that boost subscriber engagement
- Maintain campaign calendars, timelines and post-campaign performance trackers
- Coordinate workflows with regional marketing teams and internal business units
- Manage creative assets and ensure smooth campaign delivery across markets
- Monitor competitor activity in the streaming space and share actionable insights
- Support brainstorming sessions and produce fresh ideas for ongoing campaigns
- Collaborate with teams to refine campaign processes and improve execution efficiency
- Provide administrative and operational support for meetings, reviews and launches
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related fields
- A strong interest in Disney, Pixar, Marvel or Star Wars is a plus
- Creative, curious and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating clearly
- Able to handle multiple deadlines and stay organised
- Familiar with MS Office; bonus if you know Photoshop or Keynote
