Overview
ShopBack’s Product Design team is looking for a full-time intern who’s excited about shaping how millions of users browse, discover, and shop. In this role, you’ll support designers and product teams across multiple markets, helping refine user journeys and build intuitive, delightful shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers and design leads to create clear, user-friendly product flows
- Assist with user interviews, surveys, and usability studies, turning observations into actionable insights
- Support design ops tasks and contribute to smooth collaboration between design and campaign teams
- Produce polished interfaces and components aligned with ShopBack’s design system
- Apply data and user feedback to iterate on and refine design solutions
- Advocate for user needs and propose improvements to enhance discovery and browsing experiences
- Work closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to align design decisions with business goals
- Help explore and validate concepts that influence future product roadmaps
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a design-related diploma or degree
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and clear design rationale
- Comfortable with user research, prototyping, and basic design tools
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across disciplines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in e-commerce and consumer digital products

Location: Singapore
Duration: January – June 2026 (H1)
Commitment: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm
