This international team identifies top executive talent across the world and supports strategic recruitment for high-impact roles. Key Responsibilities
- Design and polish executive-level PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in sourcing top candidates across platforms like LinkedIn
- Track, manage, and update recruitment data and reports with precision
- Support day-to-day candidate management and scheduling
- - Coordinate with international recruiters and internal teams
- Contribute to special research and recruitment projects
- Identify ways to streamline processes and improve data quality
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, HR, Data Analytics, or a related course
- Strong attention to detail, especially in data and presentations
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Interested in recruitment, people strategy, or organizational development
- English fluency is required; German is a plus
- Able to commit part-time (15–20 hrs/week) for up to 12 months
