Key Responsibilities
- Design clear, engaging presentations for leadership and internal stakeholders
- Assist in sourcing senior candidates via platforms like LinkedIn and internal tools
- Help manage recruitment data and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
- - Coordinate scheduling, candidate communications, and follow-up tasks
- Support special projects tied to HR transformation and people strategy
- Collaborate across regions and time zones with a truly international team
- Take initiative in improving workflow processes and presentation materials
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling executive-level data
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program related to Business, HR, Analytics, or similar
- Confident using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; strong presentation flair
- Organized and self-driven, able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working with data and coordinating across teams
- Fluent in English; German is a bonus
- Enthusiastic about talent, recruitment, and workplace culture
- Available to commit part-time (15–20 hrs/week) for at least 1 year
