Overview

You’ll help manage candidate journeys, coordinate interviews, and streamline hiring processes across multiple recruitment platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Manage candidate applications across multiple channels and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Respond to enquiries through email and chatbot, ensuring timely assistance
- Analyse candidate journey data to identify bottlenecks and enhance experience quality
- Ensure all onboarding documents are completed and verified ahead of start dates
- Support processing of candidates in the ATS up to approval and offer stages
- Track onboarding progress, including checks such as background screening and certification requirements
- Provide general support for recruitment projects and ad-hoc HR tasks
Requirements
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
- Good communicator who enjoys interacting with candidates and teams
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools
- Detail-oriented and organised when handling multiple tasks
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Interested in HR, recruitment, or people operations
