Job Description — Talent Acquisition Intern (GTA)
As a Talent Acquisition Intern with the Group Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, you will play a key role in identifying and supporting talent onboarding for DKSH. This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, HR analytics, employer branding, project work, and stakeholder management within a global office setting.
You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and support both operational and project-based HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Recruit interns for DKSH’s flagship office (DMAN)
- Source and identify potential candidates via online platforms, databases, and job boards
- Support talent mapping exercises
- Assist with job postings, job profile creation, and updates to job descriptions
Interview & Assessment Coordination
- Schedule interviews and panel assessments
- Support administrative tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Collate, analyze, and present recruitment data
- Prepare PowerPoint decks for the TA community and leadership reviews
Employer Branding & HR Projects
- Support projects related to employer branding, TA process improvement, and system enhancements
- Contribute ideas to improve talent acquisition strategies and stay updated on industry trends
Employee Engagement & Office Initiatives
- Support planning and execution of engagement activities for the DMAN office
General HR Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the GTA team
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Functional Skills & Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (advantage)
- Knowledge of social media platforms for employer branding
- Experience in employer branding or operational excellence projects (preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and analytical skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong project management and time management abilities
- Able to work with confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Undergraduate/Graduate studying Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
- Prior internship experience in an MNC environment is a bonus
- Exposure to recruitment (in-house or agency) preferred
- Experience in HR analytics will be an advantage
- Able to commit full-time (5 days/week) on a hybrid work model
