Step into the fast-paced world of travel retail and beauty through this six-month full-time internship with Coty, one of the industry’s most recognised global names. You’ll support the regional Commercial team and gain broad exposure to how luxury beauty brands grow across multiple markets. This role is perfect for students who want hands-on experience in reporting, ecommerce, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic consumer goods environment.

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Focused)
- Produce monthly business update packs and review decks that help leaders understand sales performance
- Maintain trackers and internal databases to ensure accurate monitoring of POS materials, GWPs, assortments, and PR/PO processes
- Update sell-out reports and pricing documents to support retailer negotiations and product launches
- Analyse incentive data, new product performance, and Beauty Advisor allowances to guide commercial decisions
- Track online activities across retailers and local markets, summarising insights for weekly sharing
- Coordinate stock shipments for internal teams and retail partners to support in-store execution
Requirements
- Able to commit to a full-time internship from Jan–Jun 2026
- Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Self-driven, organised, and able to handle confidential information
- Strong communication skills and able to work smoothly with people from different backgrounds
- Enjoys beauty, retail, and consumer goods
- Positive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of tasks
