Capital Group is offering a 10-week internship in 2026 for students keen to explore client-facing roles within the Europe-Asia Client Group (EACG). You’ll work closely with sales teams serving institutional investors, financial intermediaries, and strategic global partners, gaining first-hand exposure to how world-class investment firms build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in preparing client materials, proposals, and follow-up notes.
- Support research on client needs and market developments across Asia and Europe.
- Help coordinate internal discussions between sales, marketing, product and servicing teams.
- Contribute to tracking sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Work with your assigned client segment while gaining exposure to the other two.
- Participate in cross-team projects that strengthen the “One CG” client experience.
Requirements
- Current university student in any discipline with strong interest in finance or client-facing roles.
- Comfortable analysing information and summarizing insights clearly.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn quickly.
- Curious about how investment firms partner with institutional and intermediary clients.
