*Overview*
UOB’s Global Commercial Banking and Shared Services teams are looking for a detail‑oriented intern to help track and document quarterly change requests and budgets. You’ll work closely with colleagues across functions, gaining a clear view of how a leading bank manages its financial processes and supporting the delivery of accurate, timely reports.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Record and monitor all quarterly change requests for both GCD and SRO units, ensuring every item is logged correctly.
- Assist in gathering data from various teams, organizing it into clear spreadsheets for budget consolidation.
- Prepare and submit quarterly request budgets, checking figures for accuracy before they go to senior management.
- Maintain up‑to‑date tracking systems, flagging any missing information or delays promptly.
- Produce concise status reports and presentations for team meetings, highlighting key trends and issues.
- Contribute ideas for streamlining the request‑handling workflow, supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate actively in team discussions, offering insights based on your analysis.
- Support ad‑hoc requests from the finance and operations teams as needed.

- Currently enrolled in a degree program (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field).
- Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to organizing information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfort with spreadsheets is essential.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; able to explain data clearly.
