Overview
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to work within the Strategy, Policy and Resourcing (SPR) Division of Smart Nation Group, contributing to Singapore’s digital transformation initiatives. Interns will be involved in strategic planning, policy formulation, and resource allocation for government-wide ICT and Smart Systems projects, gaining exposure to public sector innovation and cross-agency collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in analytics and reporting functions to inform decision-making and prioritization of resources.
Requirements
- Background in technology policy, public policy, strategic planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and present recommendations to senior management.
- Awareness of technology trends and their societal or regulatory impacts.
- Experience in digital product management or product development is a plus.
