Key Responsibilities
- Maintain minibar stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and reconcile daily inventory for accuracy
- Support guest laundry operations, including collection, delivery, quality checks, and revenue postings
- Coordinate the smooth flow of linen across property pantries and assist housekeeping teams
- Handle floral deliveries, ensure quality standards, and create attractive displays to enhance guest experience
- Address discrepancies or operational issues professionally and efficiently
- Assist in training and supervising team members, ensuring adherence to service standards
- Support equipment maintenance and maintain clean, organized operational areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Full-time matriculated student; internship should contribute to graduation requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera is a plus
- Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive “Can Do” attitude with good follow-through
