Join Skyworks’ factory automation team and help drive the digital backbone behind one of the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers. As a Camline Automation Intern, you’ll support engineers and production teams in improving system reliability, troubleshooting factory automation issues, and contributing to projects that enhance productivity and quality across the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with diagnosing and resolving Camline-related system issues affecting production
Work with engineering, IT, QA, and production teams to gather data and troubleshoot problems
Support implementation of automation enhancements to meet project KPIs and productivity goals
Participate in ongoing Camline optimisation projects to strengthen quality and throughput
Coordinate with external solution providers when required for system upgrades
Document findings, workflows, and system behaviour clearly for future reference
Support the automation team on investigations, testing, and continuous improvement work
Handle ad-hoc technical and operational assignments as needed

Requirements

Studying Engineering or a related field (EE, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial, etc.)
Quick learner who can pick up new systems with minimal direction
Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about how complex systems work
Able to communicate clearly and document technical steps
Comfortable working both independently and within cross-functional teams
Interested in automation, manufacturing tech, and continuous improvement
