Overview
Amazon Singapore is seeking a Business Development Intern to join the Seller Services team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting third-party sellers across Southeast Asia, helping them grow their businesses through lead generation, sales enablement, and operational support. The role combines analytical, strategic, and hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and engage high-potential selling partners to drive sales and selection on Amazon.sg
- Analyze lead sources and propose strategies for domestic and overseas sellers across product categories
- Implement, track, and maintain metrics and SOPs to measure seller success and engagement
- Create customized assets for sales enablement, including pitching materials, seller education, SOPs, and category insights
- Initiate and manage the Seller Referral Program
- Compile and present reports on projects, including performance analysis, learnings, and recommendations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or above
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship in 2026
- Expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027
- Legal authorization to work in Singapore
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas, VBA, data links)
- Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Oracle BI, OneNote, and SharePoint
- Prior experience or internship in lead generation, sales, or e-commerce
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to deliver innovative solutions
