Overview
Tencent’s Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is seeking a Product Intern to support innovative solutions in cloud, AI, and network security across multiple industries. As an intern, you will gain exposure to product planning, market research, and operational support, contributing to the digitalization of industries like retail, healthcare, education, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research, document findings, and benchmark against competitors to support product planning
- Assist in drafting product requirement documents and marketing/enabling content
- Contribute to pricing strategies, operational toolkits, and system configuration tasks
- Support user and market research initiatives to inform product decisions
- Assist in performance tracking and reporting through dashboards and KPIs
- Collaborate with teams to support training, rollout, and delivery enablement activities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (other majors with strong tech interest considered)
- Graduating in 2026–2027 with valid student status during the internship
- Prior experience in B2B product, IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS internships is a plus
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with China HQ-based teams
