Overview
This internship is designed for students eager to explore the world of Human Resources through hands-on involvement. As an HR Intern, you’ll support a wide range of people-related functions—from recruiting talent to supporting employee development and office culture initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings, shortlisting applicants, and arranging interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes
- Support onboarding and offboarding tasks throughout the employee lifecycle
Learning & Development
- Help administer training sessions, both in-house and with external providers
- Coordinate logistics for staff development programs
Employee Benefits & HR Operations
- Maintain employee information and update HR systems, including leave tracking
- Respond to staff queries about benefits, leave policies, and office-related matters
Data & Reporting
- Produce regular HR reports and help analyze workforce metrics for internal use or regulatory submissions
- Contribute to creating HR documentation such as guidelines, manuals, and slides
Office Administration & Events
- Work with the office community team to plan activities and staff events
- Provide administrative support for regional meetings and travel arrangements
- Join ad-hoc HR projects and regional initiatives as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Basic understanding of HR processes or employment regulations; prior HR internship experience is a plus
- Genuine interest in people operations and employee engagement
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Confident interacting with individuals across different seniority levels
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to commit at least 3 months; longer availability is beneficial
