Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery and execution of client events under guidance of project managers.
- Assist with change enablement initiatives, including communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of survey results and other project data.
- Prepare presentation-ready materials for senior stakeholders.
- Participate in Go-Live and post-Go-Live readiness activities, monitoring adoption and embedding project deliverables.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy and alignment with cross-functional requirements.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain dashboards for project status reporting.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree with strong academic performance.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
- Basic to intermediate skills in designing communications or training materials.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct research effectively.
- Basic storytelling and presentation skills.
- Keen attention to detail and meticulous in content creation, editing, and review.
- Ability to operate in a diverse, matrixed international organization.
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Interest in project implementation, change management, and client event management.
- Open to learning and contributing to transformation initiatives.
- Legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporeans and PR students only).
