Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operations such as employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage leave, attendance, benefits, and other HR administrative tasks in SAP and other systems.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and e-files; draft employment-related letters.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other duties as assigned.
