About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin Intern to support the growth of our brand channels and live-commerce operations. This role blends administration, social media support, livestream operations, and customer engagement — perfect for someone excited about social commerce and digital retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Channel Manager in managing, creating, and growing brand channels.
- Provide administrative support to livestreamers during live shows, including customer service and payment coordination.
- Plan and maintain a sales events calendar (special shows, themed events, etc.).
- Assist with end-to-end logistics, packing, fulfilment, and operations for livestream channels.
- Post, schedule and plan content across social platforms (FB, IG, etc.).
- Review and analyse livestream data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for channel performance.
- Reconcile and prepare delivery reports after livestreams.
- Assist in sourcing merchants and new livestream talents.
- Support merchant and streamer relationship management.
- Provide customer service support as needed.
- Travel overseas for livestream assignments (if required).
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the hiring manager.
