Overview
Join Uptale’s APAC team as a B2B Sales Assistant / Junior Sales Development Representative, where you’ll support regional growth by driving lead generation, outreach, and early-stage sales qualification. Working alongside experienced sales leaders, you’ll contribute to commercial initiatives involving major clients across industries such as aviation, education, logistics, retail, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads across key industries in APAC.
- Execute outbound prospecting efforts through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in preparing sales decks, demos, and supporting materials.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of activities in HubSpot.
- Help coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns.
- Contribute to market analysis and competitor tracking.
- Support local events, conferences, and marketing activations.
Requirements
- Currently studying business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with prospects.
- Curious, well-organized, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Interest in technology, learning tools, or SaaS environments.
- Fluent in English and legally able to work in Singapore.
- Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Aircall, or cold outreach.
- Comfortable with VR technologies (or at least not prone to motion sickness!).
