MediaOne is looking for a Social Media Creative Designer to bring fresh visual ideas to fast-moving digital campaigns. In this role, you’ll help turn marketing concepts into designs that stand out across social platforms. You’ll work closely with designers, content strategists, and performance marketers to shape visuals seen by thousands of users daily.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop scroll-stopping visuals for social posts, stories, reels, and carousels
- Create ad creatives for platforms like Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Turn campaign ideas into multiple visual variations for A/B testing
- Produce simple motion graphics or animated elements for digital use
- Maintain tidy, well-organised design files across projects
- Translate briefs into clean, on-brand visuals alongside content and marketing teams
- Ensure all assets follow platform specs and performance-friendly best practices
- Adapt designs across different sizes and formats while preserving visual consistency
Requirements
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva
- Basic understanding of social media design trends
- Good eye for colours, layout, and typography
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines
- Willing to learn from feedback and iterate on designs
- Bonus: simple animation or short-form video editing skills

Duration: Immediate start, flexible end date
Commitment: Full-time
Working Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid
Stipend: $2,200–$3,500 monthly
