Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Track, receive, unpack, and manage product samples to support logistics and workflow accuracy
- Coordinate fittings and photoshoot samples to ensure timely preparation
- Assist in assessing supplier risks and developing simple evaluation protocols
- Maintain updated trackers and dashboards to keep teams informed of sample and production status
- Work with vendors to ensure deadlines are met and shipments stay on schedule
- Flag potential production issues early and escalate when needed
- Support quality investigations by gathering feedback and working with internal teams
- Help with general team requests and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Able to commit for 4–6 months
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational habits
- Clear communicator who works well with different teams
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly
