About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Product Operations Intern to support the Materials, Production & Quality function. You will collaborate closely with the design, product development, commercial, and creative teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a sharp eye for detail.
What You’ll Do
Operational & Logistical Support
- Manage logistical tasks such as tracking, receiving, unpacking, and organizing sample shipments.
- Oversee sample fitting and photoshoot samples to ensure timely, accurate execution.
- Maintain and update all tracking systems for cross-team visibility.
Vendor & Production Coordination
- Communicate with multiple vendors to ensure timely delivery of production and photoshoot samples.
- Identify potential production bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with supplier risk management planning and supplier analysis.
Quality & Cross-Functional Support
- Attend to quality-related complaints and feedback; work with cross-functional teams to investigate issues and deliver timely responses.
- Support inquiries from internal teams and assist with other relevant departmental tasks.
