Shopee’s Business Development team is seeking a Business Development Intern to support the Home & Living category. This role provides hands-on experience in e-commerce strategy, account management, and campaign execution while collaborating with top global and local brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with daily operations and campaign initiatives.

- Participate in strategy planning and execution to grow key sub-categories such as Furniture, Beddings, and Bathroom products.
- Identify, engage, and onboard niche sellers to participate in campaigns, promoting long-term growth.
- Apply creative problem-solving to overcome challenges and optimize outcomes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and comfortable working with data; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Interest or experience in e-commerce and local lifestyle/fashion industries is advantageous.
