Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end development of LLM-based user and item features, including requirement gathering, research validation, rollout, and iteration.
- Conduct benchmarking studies for LLMs and collaborate with algorithm teams to implement feature concepts.
- Define evaluation metrics and participate in quality assessment of LLM-generated features.
- Translate requirements across different product scenarios into actionable feature roadmaps.
- Analyze A/B test results, identify potential issues, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Algorithm, and Business teams to ensure timely execution and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for AI, LLMs, and data-driven product development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with search/recommendation systems, LLM evaluation, or A/B testing.
- Availability for a minimum 3-month internship (January–April). Full-time preferred; part-time candidates committing at least 3 days per week are also welcome.
