In Singapore, our Rail Infrastructure team supports the renewal and enhancement of rail networks that keep the city moving. We’re looking for a Project Management Intern to support key communications engineering projects and gain hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, technical environment.
About the Role
As a Project Management Intern, you’ll work closely with engineers, operators, and project teams involved in upgrading existing rail communication systems. The role blends project coordination, documentation support, and on-site supervision, giving you a practical understanding of railway environments and project delivery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support communications engineering activities related to refurbishment and system renewals.
- Coordinate planned work activities with site work contractors (SWCs) and operators.
- Prepare essential documentation, including test materials, work write-ups, and permit-to-work (PTW) requirements.
- Assist in on-site supervision for installation and commissioning tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Post Graduate Diploma, or Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced railway station environments.
- Able to work independently and collaborate within multicultural teams.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must hold a valid Student Pass or meet Work Holiday Pass (WHP) eligibility.
