Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze how project resources are assigned, ensuring alignment with capacity and goals
- Design and maintain a tracking system to compare budgeted vs actual project spend — both financial and manpower
- Create dashboards and slide decks for monthly stakeholder updates on project status
- Work closely with stakeholders to automate and improve workflows, ensuring tasks progress smoothly
- Follow up on pending items, ensuring all outstanding issues are addressed promptly
- Assist in preparing financial or time-log adjustment proposals to finance and planning teams
- Collaborate with the team to define and document more efficient operational processes
Requirements
- Pursuing a diploma (or similar) in IT, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Expected graduation in May 2027
- Strong analytical and problem-solving enthusiasm
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Interest in project management, business operations, healthcare, and IT
- Basic understanding of finance and project administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to track follow-through reliably
- Able to multitask and work well in cross-disciplinary teams
- Passionate about contributing to a better, tech-driven future for healthcare
