Overview

Razer is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support its fast-paced hiring operations and global recruitment projects. You’ll work closely with a regional HR team that hires across multiple markets, gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, coordination, and employer branding. This role offers an inside look into how one of the world’s most iconic gaming brands builds its teams.

Key Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen resumes and assist with candidate communications to ensure a smooth experience
Coordinate interviews, schedule updates, and follow-ups across teams
Support onboarding and hiring-related events, including career fairs and campus initiatives
Work with HR partners to improve workflows and refine recruitment strategies
Assist with data collection and research to enhance hiring efficiency
Participate in employer branding efforts that strengthen Razer’s presence in the talent market
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the TA team to drive ongoing hiring priorities

Requirements

Interested in recruitment, HR, or people-focused roles
Strong communicator who enjoys interacting with candidates and teams
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to keep up with fast-moving tasks
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools
Positive team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship
