Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm and engaging in-store experience that reflects our brand values.
- Drive sales through proactive customer engagement, clienteling, and new customer outreach.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Support store administration tasks while ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Uphold inventory accuracy and participate in stockroom organisation.
- Navigate the sales floor and backroom comfortably—this includes standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving merchandise.

Qualifications
- Experience in retail or fashion sales (preferred but not required)
- Strong service mindset and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Able to work rotating shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to work across different store locations
Requirements
- 44-hour work week (5.5 days)
- Must be able to work Saturdays & Public Holidays
- Minimum 6-month contract
