Overview
Join the Business Continuity Management team at CPF Board and gain an inside look at how a national organisation prepares for disruptions and safeguards essential services for over four million members. As an intern, you’ll support organisation-wide planning efforts, risk assessments, and scenario exercises that help ensure CPF remains resilient in any situation. This role offers hands-on involvement in operational risk work and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organising and planning CPF’s Business Continuity table-top exercises
- Help coordinate discussions, define scenarios, and document exercise materials
- Prepare training slides, briefings, and surveys for participants
- Provide logistics and administrative support during simulation exercises
- Analyse survey responses and contribute to post-exercise reports and presentations
- Support annual reviews of Business Continuity objectives and templates
- Consolidate departmental submissions and prepare reports for management approval
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
- Curious about operational risk, crisis planning, or organisational resilience
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving habits
- Clear communicator who can collaborate well with different teams
- Adaptable when projects change and able to work independently
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
- Able to commit full-time from May 2026 to August 2026
