As part of the Cluster Infra Services – NHG team, you will explore and implement mobility solutions used across healthcare environments. Your work will directly support enhanced patient care, operational efficiency, and improved collaboration between healthcare professionals.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to mobility technologies, end-user computing (EUC), automation, and baseline security standards within real healthcare settings.
What You Will Work On
You will support projects and day-to-day operations, including (but not limited to):
1. Develop Automation Processes & Workflows
- Design and implement automated processes to improve workflow efficiency
- Reduce manual tasks and streamline operations within healthcare environments
2. Apply Mobile Device Security Standards
- Understand and adhere to healthcare baseline security requirements
- Ensure compliance to protect sensitive patient information
3. Provide Technical Support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support healthcare professionals to minimize service disruptions
4. Assist in Project Coordination
- Contribute to project tracking, status updates, and execution
- Support milestones to ensure smooth and timely progress

About You
We’re looking for interns who have:
- Pursuing a Diploma in Infocomm & Security, Information Technology, or related fields
- Graduating in May 2027
- Experience or knowledge in developing automation processes and workflows
- Understanding of healthcare mobile device security standards
- Ability to provide technical troubleshooting support
- Basic project coordination skills (status reporting, progress tracking)
- Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities
- Passion for innovating and re-imagining the future of HealthTech
Work Location
- Interns will be based at Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs)
- Travel to other PHIs is expected depending on project and operational needs
