Join Synapxe as part of the National Billing System (NBS) programme — a nationwide initiative transforming how public healthcare institutions manage charging and billing. In this internship, you’ll help support the rollout of a unified billing system across hospitals and clinics, gaining exposure to large-scale tech deployment in a real healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the deployment of the National Billing System to public healthcare institutions
- Support pre-deployment and go-live activities such as dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and readiness checks
- Analyse system issues during go-live and compile statistics for management reporting
- Collaborate with vendors to monitor, resolve, and verify fixes for production tickets before user testing
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the deployment process to ensure smooth rollout
- Track project progress and coordinate with cross-department teams to keep deliverables on schedule
- Provide day-to-day operational support during system launch phases
Requirements
- Pursuing a diploma in IT, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Expected graduation in May 2027
- Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently when needed
- Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-moving environment
- Enthusiastic about contributing to HealthTech projects that impact real patients and providers
- Willing to travel to various Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) for deployment support
