Overview
Join Synapxe’s Cluster Infrastructure Services team and play a key role in strengthening the wireless connectivity that supports day-to-day operations across public healthcare institutions. In this internship, you’ll work hands-on with campus WiFi systems, network tools, and infrastructure upgrades while learning directly from experienced network engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse wireless access point signal strength on-site and through Cisco Catalyst Center
- Provide recommendations and help fine-tune performance to improve campus WiFi coverage
- Support Technology Refresh activities, including equipment updates and deployment tasks
- Prepare reports on bandwidth utilisation, patching status, and vulnerability assessment updates
- Troubleshoot L1 network issues, including port and access point faults
- Assist the team in documenting findings, changes, and network improvements
- Travel to different PHIs as needed to support on-site assessments and activities
Requirements
- Pursuing a Diploma in IT or a related discipline
- Expected graduation in December 2027
- Able to adapt to new challenges, locations, and dynamic environments
- Comfortable multitasking and collaborating with diverse teams
- Eager to learn about network infrastructure and contribute to HealthTech operations
- Passionate about improving technology that supports real healthcare outcomes
