Business Development Intern – Full Job Description (Summary)
Role Overview
This internship supports the Business Development team in driving projects, preparing marketing materials, conducting market research, approaching clients, and participating directly in sales and pitching activities. You will also participate in pricing strategy projects to help simulate pricing bundling models that enhance business performance. The role involves working with stakeholders across local and overseas markets while supporting team operations and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing and pitching materials for business development opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify target market segments and potential clients
- Support client outreach, appointment setting, and pitching activities
- Participate in sales operations and business development project delivery
- Assist in pricing simulation projects to develop pricing/bundling model options
- Coordinate with local and overseas stakeholders to support project execution
- Perform team operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing)
- Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, and the software industry
- Inquisitive, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across APAC teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
