Key Responsibilities
- Participate in process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methods
- Analyse operational data to identify performance improvements tied to KPIs such as inventory health, shipment timeliness, forecasting accuracy, customer segmentation, and cost-to-serve
- Assist in building or enhancing Power BI dashboards for operational reporting
- Strengthen planning, coordination, and leadership capabilities through project-based work
- Develop teamwork skills through collaboration with cross-functional business partners
- Improve interpersonal communication by managing follow-up tasks and engaging with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline
- Coursework or experience involving statistics, optimisation, or process improvement
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications
