Overview
Coty is offering a Commercial Finance Internship in Singapore, giving you the chance to support finance operations across Southeast Asia while working closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams. You’ll help with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, gaining exposure to commercial finance processes in a global beauty company.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Finance Managers with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze key performance reports, identifying variances and key drivers.
- Track sales, shipments, expenses, and collections to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, including journal preparation and P&L reviews.
- Evaluate deals, promotions, and capital investments to assess ROI and profitability.
- Maintain accurate pricing, invoices, and margin records in finance systems.
- Contribute to process improvements, audit requests, and ad-hoc regional projects.
- Consolidate financial data and prepare reports for SEA and APAC teams.
Requirements
- Undergraduate student able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship (Jan–Jun 2026).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in consumer goods, beauty, and finance operations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude under pressure.
