Key Responsibilities

Work with in-country engineering teams to understand processes and performance metrics
Support cross-functional projects by coordinating data, timelines, and updates
Streamline administrative and reporting processes to improve team efficiency

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
Comfortable working with data using Power BI, Excel, and basic SQL
Able to understand engineering concepts and workflows
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines
Confident communicating insights to different audiences
Able to work independently while contributing well in a team
