Overview

Join Singtel Innov8, the corporate venture capital arm of the Singtel Group, and become a core part of their investment and innovation engine. This internship is focused on supporting the VC team's activities across the Asia Pacific region. You will contribute to the entire investment lifecycle, from initial deal sourcing and deep-dive due diligence to portfolio management, while also helping Singtel track global tech trends and identify future growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide essential support to the investment team for all aspects of venture capital investing, including market research and sourcing potential deals.
Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective portfolio companies to assess their market viability, technology, and financial health.
Assist in monitoring the performance of existing portfolio companies and contribute to their ongoing fundraising efforts.
Scout and track promising new global technologies, consolidating findings to form Innov8's strategic insights on the latest industry shifts.
Prepare detailed ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Facilitate and coordinate Innov8 events, pitch sessions, and meetings with external corporations and industry players.

Requirements

Genuine interest in the venture capital landscape, technology, and corporate innovation.
Strong research and analytical capabilities for conducting company due diligence.
Effective organizational skills for preparing reports and coordinating events.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and contribute effectively in a team environment.
Must be a proactive self-starter eager to take initiative and track new trends independently.
Prior academic or professional experience relevant to tech, finance, or business is a plus.
