Key Responsibilities
Asset & Inventory Management
Help track and verify IT equipment across multiple hospital locations
Support reconciliation of hardware records and physical asset counts
Assist in cataloguing network, security, and server devices
Coordinate with suppliers on mobile clinical equipment like carts and medical devices
System Support & Maintenance
Assist with patching activities, testing cycles, and system checks
Provide basic troubleshooting for cluster-related systems
Support deployment and administration of Windows, iOS, and Android endpoints
Assist with setup, testing, and follow-up support for specialized clinical technologies
User & Project Support
Provide support for mobile devices used for electronic medical records
Assist with firmware updates and compliance checks for IT hardware
Contribute to project work such as UAT, production testing, and documentation
Help manage IT service requests and participate in basic incident handling
Provide technical setup for important meetings and events
Support the planning and setup of new facilities as needed

Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma in IT, Information Systems, Infocomm & Security, or a related field
Expected to graduate in May 2027
Basic understanding of hardware, operating systems, and networking principles
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
