Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and recommend solutions
- Document business functions, processes, and system requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for client solutions
- Coordinate project releases and deployments with cross-functional teams
- Track project deliverables to ensure timelines are met
- Assist support teams in monitoring and resolving system issues
- Contribute ideas to improve project efficiency and solution design
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SQL fundamentals
- Knowledge of AWS suite of services is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to a full-time internship of at least 3 months, starting May 2026
