The BNY Analyst Program
The BNY Analyst Program is a highly selective 24-month rotational development program designed to prepare you for a long-term career at one of the world’s leading financial institutions.
Through structured rotations within your business line, you will gain broad exposure to BNY’s global franchise, work on high-priority initiatives, and develop strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate with experienced professionals, receive mentorship from peers and leaders, and gain visibility with senior management and clients. Upon successful completion of the program, analysts are considered for high-impact roles across multiple functions.
Role Overview: Operations Analyst
As an Operations Analyst based in Singapore, you will support critical business operations while contributing to projects that enhance efficiency, manage risk, and improve client outcomes. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where technology and data drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational processes that underpin BNY’s global financial services platform
- Participate in business initiatives and projects across the line of business
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Build strong professional relationships across the organization
Program Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate degree program
- Business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
- Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future in Singapore
