Join CITIC CLSA’s Investment Banking team and experience what it’s like to work inside one of Asia’s most established capital markets groups. As an intern, you’ll support bankers across equity, debt, and M&A transactions, gaining exposure to live deals, client work, and the fast-paced world of investment banking.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data checks and ensure accuracy across financial materials and models
- Maintain internal databases, transaction lists, and credential records
- Support the preparation of pitchbooks, presentations, and client materials
- Assist with financial analysis for live deals and mandate discussions
- Help analysts and associates with research, market updates, and due-diligence tasks
- Participate in team discussions and contribute insights for transaction strategy
- Provide general execution support for equity, debt, and M&A projects
Requirements
- Penultimate or final-year student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset
- Good understanding of basic financial and valuation concepts
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to commit full-time until July 2026
- Prior finance internship experience is an advantage
