Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile financial transactions to keep the General Ledger accurate and up to date
- Support month-end and year-end closing by preparing reconciliations and analysing variances
- Process supplier invoices and payments, helping ensure vendors are paid correctly and on time
- Assist with customer billing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding receivables
- Help improve finance workflows by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
- Prepare documentation to support audits and internal reviews
- Ensure finance activities follow company policies and accounting standards
Requirements
- Currently studying Accountancy or a related business or finance course
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months starting November or December
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial analysis
- Able to explain findings clearly using simple reports or presentations
- Confident communicating in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn in a structured finance environment
