Join Thales Design Center in Singapore as a Design Innovation Intern, where you’ll work on cutting-edge projects across aerospace, space, defence, transportation, and smart city initiatives. You will support customer-focused innovation, contribute to design thinking workshops, and help create prototypes, visual assets, and interactive solutions for complex engineering systems.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse market data and customer insights to inform design solutions.
Prepare and support Design Thinking workshops, including mock-ups, inspiration boards, and engagement materials.
Collaborate with users and customers to co-create prototypes and digital solutions.
Develop visual assets such as videos, infographics, and storyboards to communicate project outcomes.
Assist in 3D modeling and 3D printing for product design tasks.
Contribute to synthesis reports and posters summarizing workshop results.
Propose new initiatives to improve the Design Center’s offerings or processes.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Design, Engineering, UI/UX, or a related field.
Passion for innovation, technology, and human-centered design.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to learn new tools, including digital prototyping and GenAI applications.
Strong communication and visual storytelling skills.
Open to working in multi-cultural teams and adapting to dynamic project environments.
