Overview
Join ByteDance’s Organizational Culture (OC) team, a Centre of Excellence driving cultural initiatives across 10,000+ employees worldwide. As an intern, you will support programs that embed company values, create engaging internal campaigns, and help employees connect with ByteDance’s mission. This role offers hands-on exposure to cultural program operations, content creation, and cross-team collaboration in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support internal cultural programs, including content creation, promotion, and daily operations.
- Translate and adapt materials to reflect company culture and values for internal audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to produce creative and engaging promotional materials.
- Assist in sourcing, designing, and executing cultural activities for employees.
- Monitor ongoing initiatives to ensure smooth delivery and high engagement.
- Work closely with China-based stakeholders, ensuring clear communication in Mandarin.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Management, Communications, Media, Design, or related fields.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin for both written and verbal communication.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
- Able to commit 6 months, 3–5 days per week.
- Responsible, collaborative, and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
