Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the design, modeling, and simulation of low-power digital and memory circuits such as SRAM and Register Files.
· Develop and run testbenches to verify circuit functionality, performance, and power consumption.
· Research and apply advanced low-power design techniques for embedded memory and digital blocks.
· Collaborate with engineers to validate circuit architectures and analyze design trade-offs.
· Support schematic and layout activities for FinFET-based designs.
· Document simulation methodologies, results, and technical findings for team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
· Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
· Strong foundational knowledge of CMOS digital circuit design and memory architectures.
· Hands-on academic or project experience with SPICE simulation, Verilog/VHDL, and EDA tools.
· Understanding of low-power design principles and considerations for process variability.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
· Self-motivated with a keen interest in semiconductor technology and energy-efficient design.
