Overview
Novartis is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) Intern to support study start-up and clinical operations in Singapore. You’ll assist with regulatory documentation, site preparation, and vendor coordination, gaining exposure to the end-to-end clinical trial process while working closely with experienced project managers and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, collecting, and adapting trial documents for IRB/EC and Health Authority submissions.
- Support site setup, vendor selection, and system implementation according to regulatory standards.
- Maintain oversight of trial documentation, ensuring completeness for drug release and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate preparation and translation of informed consent forms and patient-facing materials.
- Track study start-up timelines and deliverables in collaboration with SSU team members.
- Provide logistical and administrative support to study teams across all trial phases.
- Implement process improvements in line with Novartis standards and strategies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Familiarity with clinical operations and understanding of drug development processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of international standards (GCP/ICH) and regulatory procedures preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and collaborator in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.
